The Advocate: "A family of four didn't quite know what they were getting into when they decided to stick with a Virgin Atlantic flight they'd booked from London to New York that eventually became a drag queen and star-studded Pride Flight in honor of the 50th anniversary of the Stonewall riots.

"We booked the flight in September 2018. Virgin then phoned us in October to inform us it had been chosen to be the Pride Flight. They asked if we wanted to change flight which meant traveling on a different day which we couldn't do, so we went ahead as planned," said the father.

"It was brilliant. The kids enjoyed it and the eight hours flew by," Kerry Powell told the Mail. "The goodie bags were amazing and the celebrities chatted with us and took photos. Overall fantastic time!"
