It is almost common place for a major athlete to come out these days, but it is still heart warming for gay people who grew up being told that we were all weaker men on the sports playing field No longer true. This week the handsome Gus Kenworthy who wowed the world with his skiing skills in the Olympics in Russia and bringing home a Silver Metal, came out as gay.

If I could have a "Back to the Future" moment, I would choose return to high school with a fist full of clippings showing how many super star athletes would admit they were gay in the 21st Century. No one would believe me back then, and that makes the present moment even more enjoyable.
