Dear Ron:Regarding your rules for the over 70s Club, add another activity: Volunteering. Put our years experience to work helping LGBT organizations and other people within our community. If you cant connect with a gay group, ANY volunteering will work. The benefits of volunteering include: Meeting new people. Expanding personal horizons, Challenging the mind to grow and keep the body active. And finally the satisfaction of helping other people.

And the very best part is that the more you do the greater the return. Its the old adage that the giver gets back twice as much as he gives.
