Moore was suspended after the Alabama Judicial Inquiry Commission filed ethics charges against him. Moore will now be tried by the Alabama Court of the Judiciary, and could be removed from the bench if found guilty.
Moore is not bothered by the ethical changes of the Alabama Judicial Inquiry Commission. Said he, "The Judicial Inquiry Commission has chosen to listen to people like Ambrosia Starling, a professed transvestite and other gay, lesbian and bisexual individuals, as well as organizations that support their agenda."
The Alabama judge has had a "Back to the Future" experience where he has returned to 1860 when "color folks and queers knew their place." And if not they were killed by hooded Christians armed with ropes and fire. Yeah, if Judge Roy is any indication, Alabama is experiencing a time warp.
