"Out" magazine listed their pick of the country's most powerful gay people with Tim Cook (55), CEO of Apple, at the top for the second year in a row.

The the top 10 choices were largely dominated by media personalities, including Ellen DeGeneres, Anderson Cooper, and Rachel Maddow.

Also named to the list, which ranks "the most influential voices in LGBT America," were Neil Patrick Harris, filmmakers Lana and Lilly Wachowski, "Empire" star Jussie Smollett and RuPaul.
