Ever since a Russian submarine was discovered in Sweden's water space, the country has sought ways of expressing an unwelcoming message. A Peace Group SPAS (Swedish Peace and Arbitration Society) had a better idea. Members raised funds and lowered into their waters a device that sends in Morse Code a welcoming foreigners to Sweden if they are gay, an apt message to homophobic Russians.

In addition the device sends the image of a gyrating sailor in tight white underpants and a sign contains words in Russian and English reading "Welcome to Sweden: Gay since 1944" (the year Sweden decriminalized homosexuality). To see the film, Click Here.
