Six inches of beautiful snow took its toll on Apollo Network for several hours last night and this morning. When we contacted the phone company for line repairs, someone answered in Asia. They were very polite and called us back several times staring at 3:30 p.m. their time which was 4:30 a.m. our time when neither we nor the repair people here were out of bed.

We are sorry for any inconvenience, and if you emailed us, or tried to post something on Apollo during the last three days, please do so again.

We are convinced that the phone company needs to rethink outsourcing. Ron
